Tillandsia juncifolia is not a recognized species at this time but rather it is a consistently distinct and different form of T. juncea. The leaves are green instead of grayish and it produces stoloniferous offsets. In addition, the leaves are more spreading and fan-like than the more erect leaves of T. juncea. An attractive plant.
