Tillandsia streptophylla, also called the "Shirley Temple" plant for obvious reasons, is a most interesting species because as the leaves get more dehydrated, they curl up into tighter and tighter ringlets instead of the edges of a leaf curling up toward each other. Tillandsia streptophylla grows a gorgeous, pink inflorescence that is frosted with trichomes. Ours are available in a number of sizes and those we offer begin at $5 and are some 10 cm. A specimen can grow to over 30 cm and we sometimes have these as well.
